13 years heart anniversary

My heart is full of love today. 9 months ago we had no idea we would be celebrating 13 years with Kenzie or her special Heart. We are forever grateful for her donor and the selfless act at such a difficult time. We will be forever grateful for these past 13 years to have watched her learn and grow and become who she is today.
We are excited to see what the future holds for her with her new Heart and Kidney, but we will always celebrate her first transplant anniversary as well, because we were blessed by the love someone gave our family 13 years ago by letting us be able to watch Kenzie grow up. (Yes we snuck out again and celebrated with our family, shhh don't tell)
 Kenzie was really wishing to get her transplant today so she could celebrate both anniversary the same day..but it was amazing spending the day with the family to celebrate her first gift of life.
